Here is the reference and summary for the reliability and validity information of the ANSIE:
Goodman, S., & Waters, L. (1987). Convergent validity of five locus of control scales. Educational and Psychological Measurement, 47, 743-747.

Test-retest reliability was .78 over 6 weeks. ANSIE correlates with .61 with Rotter Internal-External Scale. It is significantly correlated with Eysenck’s Neuroticism Scale.
